Brooke B. McMorrow, Esquire

McMorrow is an attorney with a law practice in Wexford which primarily focuses on Family Law and Estate Planning and Administration.  In addition to being a litigator and mediator, she and her associate attorneys are all Collaborative attorneys.  Brooke began her legal career in Rochester, New York and then opened up her practice in the Pittsburgh area almost 10 years ago.  She currently serves as an Executive Council Member and the Chair of the Training Committee of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania (CLASP).  She is also on the Council for the Sole and Small Firm Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.  Brooke provides legal counsel to her clients in various areas of family law including but not limited to divorce, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, child and spousal support, alimony, child custody, custody relocation, and adoptions (both domestic and international).


      As a collaborative practitioner, Brooke enjoys assisting couples in coming to an amicable resolution of their legal matter in the Collaborative Divorce Process through interest based negotiations without involving the courts.  Brooke has attended and completed Basic Training in Collaborative Practice and several advanced trainings in order to stay on top of this exciting new area of law.  She was also the recipient of the AVVO Client Choice Award for Family Law in 2013 and was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2014.  Brooke is licensed to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania.


      Brooke appreciates the challenges that marriage and parenting present.  She provides caring and compassionate representation to her clients and educates them on their options when considering a divorce or other family law matter.
